To provide professional printing, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping services, SHYNIX ATELIER partners with Frankly Wearing. While SHYNIX ATELIER owns and manages the brand, design, and customer experience, fulfillment services are performed by our trusted partner.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. Orders may be declined or cancelled in exceptional circumstances. Products are manufactured only after an order is confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Shipping charges are shown during checkout where relevant. Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers; SHYNIX ATELIER does not store payment card details.

Production & Fulfillment

Every SHYNIX ATELIER product is produced after an order is placed. Printing, fulfillment, packaging, shipping, and customer‑order management are performed by our trusted fulfillment partner, Frankly Wearing, to ensure professional production and reliable delivery.

Shipping

Processing begins after order confirmation. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only – delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond reasonable control may occur. Tracking information is sent after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible size exchanges, defective‑product returns, and cancellations within the allowed window are accepted. Refunds are issued according to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual Property

All content—including logos, graphics, product designs, website design, images, branding, and text—is owned by SHYNIX ATELIER or used under appropriate licences. No part of the site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
