If you would like to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.
Exchanges & Returns
Size Exchange
Eligible products may be exchanged for a different size.
- Request within 5 days of delivery.
- Maximum 2 products per order.
- Products must be unused.
- Original packaging required.

Defective Products
If your product has a manufacturing defect, printing defect, or incorrect design, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After verification, an exchange or refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only when there is a manufacturing defect, printing defect, or incorrect item received.
Online Payments
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Since every product is printed specifically after ordering, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours and before printing begins.
Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible. Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded within 7 working days.
International Orders
Currently, international orders may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by applicable law or approved due to a verified manufacturing defect.
Shipping Disclaimer
Although we work closely with trusted courier partners, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by weather, natural disasters, public holidays, courier delays, and remote delivery locations.
SHYNIX ATELIER cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by circumstances beyond our control.
